Interested Entrepreneurs/Organizations/Manufacturers/Firms may obtain further information about this requirement
from the above office selling the documents. The Tender Enquiry Documents
may be purchased on payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000/- per set on payment by cash
or in the form of account payee Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn on a
scheduled bank in India, in favour of “Controller of Finance, Pt. B D
Sharma, University of Health Sciences, Rohtak payable at Rohtak.

Tenderer may also download the tender enquiry documents from
the web site www.pgimsrohtak.nic.in and submit its
tender by utilizing the downloaded document, along with the required
non-refundable fee as mentioned above.
4.
Tenderers shall ensure that their tenders complete in all
respects, are dropped in the Tender Box located at Director Office (Room No. 20), Pt. B D Sharma, PGIMS, Rohtak,
before the closing date as per schedule detailed below, failing which
the tenders will be treated as late and rejected.
However, pre bid meeting and opening of technical bid will be held in the
College Council Room:-
i. Pre-bid Meeting 07.06.2012 at 3.00 PM
ii. Last date for receipt of tender 22.06.2012 upto 1.00 PM
iii. Opening of Technical bid 22.06.2012 at 2.00 PM
5.
In the event of any of the above mentioned dates being
declared as a holiday / closed day the next working day will be considered
as per schedule of the tender.
6.
The Tender Enquiry Documents are not transferable.
